We inform you that your personal data will be processed by Collegium Intermarium, address: Plac Grzybowski 3/5, 00-115 Warsaw, entered into register of non-public higher education institutions kept by the Minister of Education and Science under number 385 (referred to as Data Controller or College) in order to (i) answer the question submitted in the contact form, (ii) maintain regular contact with the Data Controller in connection with its statutory purposes, in particular to inform about our conferences, public events and other initiatives as well as about possibilities of supporting us.
The processing of your personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data controller in accordance with the article 6 paragraph 1 point (f) of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
You provide us your personal data on a purely voluntary basis, however if you refuse to provide the requested data, we may not be able to respond to your questions submitted in the contact form or to inform you about the implementation of the statutory purposes of our College, about initiatives or possibilities of supporting us.
